With the Twilight movie just a few days away, I am getting just a little bit too excited! I am trying to convince myself that I am not crazy for going to the midnight showing when we all know how little sleep I am already getting, but I have to go!! I am really interested to see how the cast they selected does, because right now I am not feeling it. I saw a post like this on another blog and have been wanting to do one of my own for a while now. It was kind of a waste of time that I don't have, but I am a nerd and it was a lot of fun. I made my own cast list for the movie. Check it out:
The infamous couple
Honestly, there is no human being that could play Edward because the way he was portrayed in the book is out of this world. This was the best I could do.
The Cullens
Somehow I ended up with like the whole cast of Gossip Girl and I am not sure why?!?! Probably because I don't know any other young enough actors.
The men who want Bella
I really picture Joshua Jackson in his Dawson's Creek days playing Jacob Black, but he is way too old looking now to play that part, so I settled. A lot of people could play James but I think this kid is scary looking!!
The Swan Family
When I picture Bella's Dad, he always has a mustache because he is a police man and for some reason in my mind, police men have mustaches :)

No Way... I'm not seeing it, because I don't want to ruin the image in my mind of my own cast in the book! I like to keep my books pure and untainted from the producers!!! Thanks for sharing your views though...
Good work sister. I totally like your cast better than the actual actors casted for the movie. But I guess we'll just have to wait and see how they do.
I think I am the ONLY person who is content, and actually excited for the chosen cast. It's probably because I watched the trailor after I read the first book, and so maybe the faces stuck as I read the other 3 books. I really like that the cast is full of semi-unknowns. However, I think you have a good cast chose. Except Jacob Black is Native American! :)

Hey Friend! I must admit...I was so worried at first but the more I watch the trailers the more I think the cast is going to do ok! I think the Bella they chose was pretty close to perfect in my mind but we'll just have to see! I think since I am such a nerd...I'll like it no matter what!
ps...I love that you had all the Gossip girl cast in yours...they are all beautiful people!
Okay - I liked your pick for the Cullens. Good choices. I actually like the movie pick for Bella........but not so crazy about Edward. And as for Joshua Jackson.....totally - I wish! Mike's going to see it with me Friday......oops - he probably didn't want me to tell you that =) Take Care Jacki!
