Even though we bought you a brand new, expensive, cute, comfortable car seat you still hate being in the car. So instead of taking you on the long drive to San Diego, we are gonna ship you to Mimi and Grandpa’s house. Have fun, see you when we get there!!

Ah! Brings back many memories of my childhood when my dad would drive through the night from California across that hot dessert (we didn't have A/C back in those days)to our favorite vacation spots in Utah. Also did it with my own kids, but Gerry wasn't a very good night driver, so guess who did the driving? It wasn't the kids!
